How to Qualify
While there are numerous ways to qualify for the medical marijuana card such as chronic pain or cancer treatment, at Nourish Mental Health we only prescribe for the treatment of Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder or PTSD. If you have previous documentation that makes the process easier but we can also make the diagnosis for you. Simply schedule an appointment to be assessed.

Insurance is not accepted for this assessment.
There is a $200 fee for this assessment.
Disqualifying Factors
These are by no means the only reasons that you may be disqualified from obtaining the recommendation for the use of medical marijuana but are common.

Heart and Lung disease

A history of addiction to illicit substances

Medicines that seriously interact with marijuana such as blood thinners, sedatives, and some antidepressants.

Pregnancy or plans to become pregnant

Breastfeeding
